Coles Group is Australia’s 2nd largest grocery retailer. Sparkle was a global remote-first seed-stage start-up born out of the Pandemic, and I was part of the founding team.Impact:- Transforming Remote Teamwork with Clear Vision and Empathy - I led a globally dispersed team across time zones, fostering a culture of transparency, inclusivity, and agility in a fully remote setting.
