As a developer at Target, I planned, designed and implemented IT solutions for Target’s proprietary Content Management System. In the early stages of developing this revolutionary tool for Target.com, I structured and drove conversations with client stakeholders to understand business pain points. I translated those requirements into technical, functional and design specifications that we used as a team during implementation to build, review and maintain our application. Six months after the conception of our tool in Nov 2013, our winning solution replaced a $7 million dollar plan to replace Target's existing CMS with Adobe CQ.
