I’m a leadership coach and communications specialist. I specialise in supporting clients to build the core ‘power’ skills that develop effective working relationships, which in turn make for greater engagement in the workplace and improved business performance.I work with organisations and individuals to offer support in three key areas: • Leadership • Change & transition• Women in leadership I work with a wide variety of people at different stages of their careers - ranging from junior managers through to business and functional leaders wanting to hone leadership skills, transition into new roles, plan career moves and communicate effectively. My clients come from a variety of business sectors including FMCG, banking & financial services, engineering, defence, and are based across Europe. I have a particular passion for supporting the development of women in leadership, having spent most of my career working in male-dominated industries.My Coaching JourneyHaving experienced the positive impact of coaching for myself and team members, I was wowed by the potential it represented for improved relationships, performance, and effective communication in the workplace. I re-trained as a professional coach and used my interest and skills within my own leadership style, before deciding to leave corporate world to set up Embrace Your Change in 2019.I’m a British-French citizen and coach in English and French!
