* Developing and building client relationships* Creating and creative event concepts, detailed schedules, event structure and content* Project Planning – developing detailed critical paths for clients and for internal use* Developing creative concepts and writing pitch documents* Management and accountability for client budgets ranging from £1.5k - £1.5m* Management of the operational Project and Logistics Team* Location and venue research – throughout the UK, Europe, the UAE and Northern America* Site visits and recces (both technical and with client) – in UK and Europe* Delegate and Database management using bespoke software* Print – creation of invitations, accreditation, delegate packs and event programmes* Catering – menu selection and tasting sessions* Crew management - including technical, hostesses, security and promotional staff* Event themes - including room dressing, floristry and entertainment* Venue liaison and management* Video Editing and VT Development, including liaising with international broadcasters and edit houses* Working closely with in-house production team (set design, lighting, AV, graphics and sound)* Working with Destination Management Consultants when working abroad
