Managed major IT projects for UK & Danish Financial Services clients, including €multi-million complex core loans platform migration, UK compliance, new Fraud system implementation, and multiple new dual-brand card schemes.

Advocated and project managed introduction of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-based best practice in areas of change, release, control, problem resolution, testing and delivery of IT systems.
