I am a Chartered Building Surveyor, RICS APC Supervisor and Operations Director at Howe Chartered Surveyors, specialising in Party Wall, Licence to Alter, Contract Administration, Programme Management and Defect Diagnosis. I have always considered myself a perfectionist and am known to many for my ‘keen eye to detail’. An interest in history of buildings and their construction from an early age led me in to this career path and I have enjoyed working on many interesting buildings including a Grade II listed famous art gallery, Victorian London School Board school buildings and the property portfolio for one of the UK’s top 5 banks. I firmly believe in working to your best ability, with strong honest principles and take great pride in every service I am appointed to perform. I am fortunate enough to work within a company of professional individuals who share these standards and enthusiasm in our role as building surveyors.
