I am a hard working multi skilled woman. I have years of experience in the European Institutions in Brussels working in a multi lingual, multi cultural environment where i enjoyed working as part of a team and gained valuable computer and organisational skills.After returning to Ireland my career took a different path down the entrepreneurial road of running a beef and sheep farm including other animals in the countryside of North Cork. This business involves buying and selling, keeping up to date with regulations including bord bia inspections, animal health, maintenance, and paperwork including farm tax return. Every day brings new challenges and keeps me on my toes. I'm not scared to roll up my sleeves and get stuck in!
