Inspiring Girls is an international charity which inspires and empowers the next generation of women to believe in their dreams by connecting them with amazing female role models across multiple walks of life. The charity currently operates across 30 countries worldwide and we are excited to be running this program in Hong Kong.We believe girls should aspire to achieve their goals and not be limited by gender or cultural stereotypes and show them the limitless possibilities in their future careers and to aim high because that is their right. Our goal is to inspire 1 million girls in Hong Kong aged 14-18 through curated in school programs that help them identify their core values and skills which determine what their ideal job might look like and connect them with role models that can give insights into their own journey.We've also developed a co-ed workshop that educates boys and girls on identifying inherent gender bias and increasing emotional intelligence and awareness. And we have launched an award winning, interactive financial literacy program for girls from the lower socioeconomic districts in Hong Kong.We are looking for corporate sponsors and individual donors to help us develop and grow our program.
