As a Director of PURA Foundation Australia, I lead a non-profit charity organisation that raises awareness, supports research and provides education about the rare neuro-developmental disorder PURA syndrome. I am passionate about supporting the families and individuals with PURA syndrome in Australia and New Zealand, through education, information, research, and advocacy. I have a strong background in education, with a Bachelor of Education from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Arts from La Trobe University. I have worked as a teaching and learning coach, a technology coordinator, and a senior leadership team member in various educational institutions, both primary and secondary. I have developed and implemented innovative pedagogical approaches, fostered creativity through concept-based curriculum, and established well-being frameworks. I have also spearheaded the development and administration of technology systems, and formulated policies across diverse domains, such as digital media, data protection, and privacy. I bring substantial expertise to the table, empowering others to be the best that they can be.
