We are influenced by graphic design in so many areas of our lives. From social media ads when open our phones to the the marketing emails that fill our inboxes or the ad mail that arrives in our physical mailboxes, bus ads as we drive down the street or even the clothing tag you rip off your new jeans. Some of what you will see will look great, some average and some just terrible. Design can make all the difference. A great company with bad branding goes unnoticed and a company with a mediocre product and great branding sells and reaches millions and then some design is overdone and you’re not sure what you’re looking at. I believe that design should look good and be functional. You can have both and on a budget. In my vast experience with both non profits and other corporate organizations, I know the value of good, functioning design. I know how important it is to understand the marketing needs, the brief and the brand to make all of those pieces come together, every time, to create result driven pieces. Because good design should not only look good – it should feel good and produce results. I am a creative and practical designer that really wants to see my designs succeed and create lasting, trusting relationships with each new client, organization or employer that I have the pleasure of working with. I am hardworking, organized and detail-oriented. I have worked with and within small and large organizations, and with various levels of management. I thrive in a team environment and/or independently leading and running projects. I am passionate about my role as a Graphic Designer and the pieces I create.
