I am currently employed as a Senior Manager in EY Parthenon - Business consulting - Performance excellence/improvement service line with a focus on procurement and logistics (cost and process optimization). I have been I was employed as the Global Head - Cost Excellence and Business analytics at the Global Strategic procurement Group company at Motherson Group. I was tasked with responsibilities and projects which aimed at cost-optimization across the Group's supply chain. During my team, I also worked as a dedicated resource for the Global Resin team. I joined Motherson Group as a Senior Manager in June 2020. I pursued my MBA from ESADE MBA, Spain (Top 20 Global MBA programs according to FT rankings 2024). As a part of my MBA program, I interned with Avalon Consulting and Amazon India (Seller Services). Prior to my MBA, I worked at McKinsey & Co. with the Specialized Services team for ~36 months (2.5 years) deployed on a long-term contract with a Large Global consumer electronics client. My role mainly focused on supporting the client and their internal consulting team on various strategy projects. This consulting experience helped me develop core skills such as problem solving, structured communication, story lining, data-driven decision making, project management, people skills, time management and most importantly, effective mentoring.
