CurrentNorthern New Jersey Spinal Cord Injury Model System Study:• Recruited and consented participants through inpatient interviews and electronic communication, striving for 30% of inpatient admissions assigned.• Conducted longitudinal follow-up through calling, mailing, texting, and in person approaches for data collection.• Collaborated with numerous study teams and KIR staff about project progress, patient interactions, and study materials.• Assisted with the Oral Health Module of the NNJSCIMS study by completing 40 interviews and reaching our site’s recruitment goal.• Volunteered at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation with a biweekly educational series about spinal cord injury including information about patients’ medical condition and adjusting to life after their injury.NJGCA Health Service Utilization among Children with Autism: Roles of Race, Ethnicity, and Social Determinants of Health:• Reviewed and abstracted 1,073 out of 2,107 medical records to examine patient diagnostic confirmation and autism service use over a 5-year time period.• Collaborated with the PIs and team to structure eligibility decision trees for cases with complex medical records.• Assisted with the development of the abstraction manual and case blurb outline as well as helped simplify the data abstraction form on REDCap.KF STRIDE Into Work Study• Administered neurological tests and questionnaires including WRAT-IV, WASI, VET, EET, and Work Chat to collect baseline data for individuals on the autism spectrum who want to gain or maintain their employment. • Assisted with the development of the SPSS database for baseline and follow-up assessment data.• Collaborated with research team to develop instruction manuals for administering assessments
