Reported directly to the Design Executive across several departments and liaised directly with the customer for margin targets and negotiating prices. Developed excellent written and verbal communication skills and an acute understanding of customer needs and requirements and how to reflect them through my design abilities.

Developed a sound understanding of garment construction and creating a cost effective product through innovative design. Expanded my skills base and gained knowledge and experience in dealing directly with customers, creating and leading the development of new and existing ranges for each season and also supply chain management, whilst undertaking a long distance degree at Bolton University.

Within my year and a half at Quantum as a junior designer, I quickly started to understand commercial design and Quantum Intimates ways of working. This lead to a promotion to Designer on their T32 account for Shape wear and slips, where my passion and drive to create and design technical intimate apparel and patterns developed.
