As Chief Marketing Officer for Christie’s International Real Estate and @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, Natasha oversees brand strategy, advertising, and corporate, Affiliate, and agent marketing programs. These companies include one of the world’s largest luxury real estate brands, and one of the top 10 residential brokerage firms in the United States. Natasha joined @properties in 2013 and implemented marketing and operational strategies that have enabled the company to grow to nearly 3,500 brokers in 40 offices, producing over $16 billion in annual sales volume. She has helped solidify the company's position as the region’s top luxury brokerage firm. Under her direction, the @properties Christie’s International Real Estate marketing department has more than tripled in size and expanded to include a full-service on-site print center, video production, digital marketing, and event coordination.Following @properties' acquisition of the Christie’s International Real Estate brand in 2021, Natasha built a marketing department to support over 100 global affiliates and over $100 billion in total sales volume. With her leadership, creativity, and passion, the Christie’s International Real Estate brand has been revitalized and can be seen in the network's expanded suite of services and displayed in resources such as the Christie’s International Real Estate Magazine, Creative Studio, and C-Social. In 2015, Natasha assumed executive responsibility for @properties’ charitable foundation, @gives back, and increased fundraising to over $200,000 per year. Beneficiaries have included SocialWorks, founded by Chance the Rapper, the Anthony Rizzo Family Foundation, Noah’s Arc foundation established by former Chicago Bull Joakim Noah, Keith Relief, established by Chicago Blackhawk Duncan Keith, and the Imerman Angels cancer support network.
