Doonya is a Bollywood inspired workout that guarantees a sweat and a smile! In true Bollywood style, our classes offer an opportunity to leave your troubles at the door, get lost in the music, and let your inner Bollywood star take over all while working out your entire body! -Led creation of ed-tech tools in STEAM subjects with the mission to creatively change how students see traditional content and support teachers overcome barriers to adoption -Managed teams across products to adjust user acquisition strategy resulting in over 300% growth during the 2017-2018 academic school year-Worked cross-functionally with marketing, production, legal, engineering, and design to ensure success of product launches-Designed revenue model and value proposition for a multi-year pre-paid SaaS contracts-Launched GTM user facing products for students and teachers including a content library, portal for tracking metrics, planning instruction, and giving feedback -Created client user feedback loop, and translate user needs into prioritized functional requirements on evolving product roadmap-Facilitated workshops and speak at national conferences for educators and school leaders focusing on implementation of technology in meaningful ways example: Columbia University Teacher’s College, Games4Change, and NCTM

-Attended grade team meetings with administration to discuss/plan upcoming events, created and implemented action plans for current areas of concern, facilitated grade wide initiates, and made school-wide decisions.-Organized and led meetings with the 10th/11th grade team of teachers. Acted as a liaison between the administration, stakeholders, and 10th/11th grade team of teachers.- Helped plan and run tenth and eleventh grade trips, career days, college visits, and multiple programs. -Planned and hosted bimonthly pledge days (assembly) for the entire 10th/11th grade student body.-Supported 10th/11th grade teachers in whatever assistance they need.

-Designed curriculum, developed performance tasks, created individualized curricula with a flipped classroom model, and assessed student progress based on CCLS. -Provided students with multiple opportunities to show mastery of all standards addressed.-Collaborated with Math teacher colleagues during department meetings. -Collected, recorded, and analyzed student performance data in order to inform next steps in instruction and lesson planning.-Differentiated materials, lessons, activities, and strategies for students of varying ability level and English language proficiency.-Reflected upon and adjusted my teaching practices using The Danielson Framework for Teaching.-Cultivated a classroom of confidence, rigor, compassion, and high expectations.-Held extra help sessions and AP/regents prep sessions to further support students' academic growth.
