Supported the Ministry of Finance during the State supported businesses diversification period analyzing companies’ investment options and developing recommendations regarding product/project diversification to support increased profitability. Generated recommendations which were included in the Annual White Paper Report that informed international organizations’ support decisions (including the World Bank, International Monetary Fund, and others).
