With over 20 years industry experience including 4 years in the UK, I have been responsible for the delivery of many high profile retail and mixed-use projects. My proven track record in successfully integrating stakeholders' requirements and producing exemplar developments, arises from an in-depth knowledge of both the developer-led and retail delivery aspects of mixed-use schemes.Accompanying this is many valuable years spent working across different residential typologies, including seniors living, single dwellings and multi-residential, which can be leveraged in community sensitive mixed use developments or on individual projects.In addition to retail and urban renewal, I have a keen interest in triple bottom line business sustainability, environmentally sustainable design and people management. At PDT, I advise on practice and project sustainability, and currently sit on the board of the Australian Green Development Forum, an NPO promoting sustainable communities through the adoption of sustainable practices in the Australian construction industry. Specialties: Specialist in retail-lead mixed use developments, town centre regeneration and urban design.
