Natasha is a leading litigator and insolvency law specialist, and recognised in Doyle's Guide and as '2022 Lawyer of the Year' in 'Best Lawyers' for Insolvency and Reorganization in Adelaide. She is a senior legal adviser to Claims Funding Australia P/L, Maurice Blackburn's litigation funding arm, providing funding and litigation support to claimants across Australia. With over 25 years of experience in insolvency and reconstruction, corporate fraud, security enforcement and debt recovery, she is able to add technical and strategic value to funded cases. Natasha has a special interest in forensic investigations and the conduct of public examinations and claims involving insolvent trading, voidable transactions, breach of directors duties and other corporation law issues. Natasha is a member of the Law Council of Australia Insolvency and Reconstruction Law Committee and an ARITA Fellow.
