The team also provides thought leadership and governance in relation to the Group’s investment portfolio.I currently provide resource management support for Digital Protection Group (DPG), via:- Management of Supply & Demand including resource allocation, resource pool and individual record maintenance- Recruitment Agency liaison - Resource on-boarding/off-boarding including systems, building access, equipment- Facilitation and management of the CIO Approval process for contractors- Facilitate the recruitment of contract labour, including briefing agencies, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, offer management- Contractor Assignment Extension/ Exit & Contractor PFR & performance management
