Ms. Hampton has served as Acting City Manager, Assistant City Manager and is currently Assistant City Manager with the City of Rocky Mount, North Carolina. She holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration. Over the course of her career, Natasha has provided direct oversight of more than $2B in general, enterprise and capital expenditures. Ms. Hampton is considered a subject matter expert in Leadership and International Relations having shared her expertise in China, Kenya, Dubai, and Toronto.
