My career at Spring Personnel began in September 2010 when I was recruited to support the Permanent’s Consultant, in a resourcer/ candidate consultant role. I was then promoted to Temporaries Consultant in March 2011, and a year later received two further promotions to Senior and soon after, Principal Consultant.I successfully managed a large ad-hoc Temporaries desk, which specialised in the commercial field. I was also provided with the responsibility to recruit and manage the process for a high number of permanent hires, alongside my full time role of managing the commercial temporaries desk. Within my time at Spring, I continuously aimed to provide the best possible service to all of my clients and candidates, and this resulted in the success of winning Exclusivity with most clients, as well as a high number of PSL wins. Furthermore, I brought in a large amount of new business which significantly grew our client base. I also gained and retained the loyalty of most, if not all, clients who I worked with; and finally, I achieved my ultimate goal of bringing my desk to Number 1 status. In January 2013 I was awarded Number 1 Temporaries Consultant in Spring Personnel UK & Ireland 2012, and for my efforts, received the prize of a company holiday, amongst many other memorable accolades.I am extremely passionate about recruitment, and I believe that this is evident in the first class results which I strive to produce on a continuous basis.
