Officially, I serve as a Senior Property Manager with a current staff of 10 onsite managers across over 550 units including multi-family and single family homes. I am responsible for the overall management of assigned residential properties, satisfying the requirements of the owners and tenants, preserving and increasing the value and integrity of the properties, and helping owners meet financial objectives. Prior to property management I worked as a Director of Operations and Business Development for Frontier Communication’ big box program as well as multiple consulting positions with Fortune 50 companies that were focused on Business Mastery. I served in the United States Army as a Paratrooper in the thirty-fifth Signal Brigade. Highly decorated with combat and peace-time missions, I specialized in leadership and communications with Coalition Forces.Since I started my property management career, I have developed skills in managing owner expectations, vendor relations, budgets/accounting, HUD, and compliance. I strive to lead by example and am active with IREM committees, am a certified Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) through IREM and also a CPM Candidate.
