With over 10 years of professional work experience in student affairs, and higher education, a trained school counselor, I am passionate about supporting student success through helping skills and learning development practices. I have managed various programs and initiatives that aimed to improve student retention, engagement, and achievement.Some of my key competencies include academic and life coaching, strategic planning, project management, budgeting and evaluation, case management, teaching, academic advising, student interventions, and student and professional staff supervision. I am also a learning center professional, trained in life coaching skills, appreciative advising, and school counseling. In addition, I have earned my Ed.D in higher education administration, with a research focus on helping skills training and curriculum for graduate students and professionals in higher education.
