The primary responsibilities include corresponding to over 100 customers daily from the United States of America and Australia, and exceeding quota by 50%. I lead work on repayment funds from stakeholders to customers, filling the superior's position as an administrative coordinator with the stakeholder in their absence, and also coordinating with cinemas, primary schools and multinational companies across Australia to hold national level projects three times a year for two years in a row. I supported, developed and proactively memorized over 70 company products, services, and policies in order to enhance the teamwork and maintain the customer satisfaction rate above 95%. At the same time, I supported employee training twice a week, providing continuous guidance and mentorship on best practices while also offering constructive feedback on voice support.
