Welkom op mijn profielOp ben ik in afwachting van mijn diploma voor MBO verpleegkundige. En start ik per 1 februari 2021 met een nieuwe baan als zorg coördinator bij stichting Beacura. Ik heb een enthousiaste en gedreven persoonlijkheid met passie voor de zorg. Naast mijn ambitie heb ik een brede interesse. Ik vind het erg belangrijk om mijzelf te blijven uitdagen en ontwikkelen. Dit doe ik door middel van cursussen en challenges. Men noemt mij betrokken, sociaal en betrouwbaar. Een veilig werk- en leerklimaat vind ik erg belangrijk. Ik geloof in mensen in hun kracht zetten, en op een coachende wijze leren vertrouwen te krijgen in hunzelf en hun handelen. Daarnaast krijg ik energie van aanpakken, regelen, structuur aanbrengen en organiseren. “Kan niet” komt niet voor in mijn woordenboek, “Hoe dan wel” daar ligt de uitdaging.
