Dear esteemed reader, allow me to introduce myself! 🤗In 2024 I graduated from Aalborg University, specializing in International Business Communication with a focus on Organisation & Management. My ultimate career goal is to work in Talent Development - after all, I'm a firm believer in the power of developing and nurturing the skills of employees 🌟Throughout my education, I've gained a broad knowledge of both internal and external communication. However, my true passion lies in the role of internal communication in employee engagement and development, recruiting top talent, maintaining a happy workforce, and creating a positive workplace culture. These topics have been at the forefront of my project studies and are areas in which I am deeply interested 🤍For my bachelor's project, I delved into optimizing job advertisements at Shaping New Tomorrow to attract more female candidates. Additionally, I examined the use of multilingual language within organizations and its impact on employee understanding of corporate language and organizational identity. My final project focused on how Nowaco can update their current intranet to promote knowledge sharing and unity across the company's global offices.As you can see, I'm all about fostering positive relationships between organizations and their employees.
