As Resource Manager you are within Ordina the central point of contact for all resource requests. The ultimate responsibility of the Resource Manager is to deliver qualified resources to projects by identifying the best available resource based on quality, skills, availability and resource cost profile. * Translate business strategies and decisions in executable resource actions * Manage the resource process between Delivery and Allocation * Allocate available professionals on new projects * Identifying appropriate resources for project/resource requests* Manage the resourcing forecast spreadsheets * Weekly meetings with Delivery to discuss the resource utilization, potential new business and potential resource issues * Proactively spot forecasted bench and identifying new opportunities* Receive, analyze and report on weekly basis the resource forecasting to the department Director* Recommend process improvements for Resource Management

At Rational I was responsible for managing the Rational training curricullum of the Benelux. Rational had several training locations available in the Benelux. I managed and controlled the training schedule for all locations. We also offered training on customer sites. We guaranteed the best quality training with the best possible instructor.To keep the high quality we closely monitored all new developments and made sure we always could provide the most recent training material available. Every 6 months we evaluated our training results. With regard to the evaluations I developed the Rational University brochure with the latest training information.

Working at the Utrecht University gained me the experience of working with a diversity of nationalities and organizing seminars and lectures including the organization of an International conference for the University from scratch.
