Then I searched, selected and actively approached potential candidates through LinkedIn and CV databases; Interviewing (international) applicants and offering them an employment contract; Social Media Recruitment and exposure (creating a pipeline by actively approaching candidates on LinkedIn); Campus recruitment: visiting exhibitions, organizing excursions (giving corporate presentations to students myself), organizing lunch readings and other sponsoring activities for students of Technical Universities.
