We perform Loss Prevention Surveys, Engineering Reviews, Procedure Reviews, Vessel Suitability Surveys, Risk assessment and independent verification for critical operations. We provide IHM survey including Radiation and Gas measuring and assist client to achieve license for export of waste (vessel, MODU, barge) to recycling yards.

• Provided structural and welding calculation acc. to DNV Lifting appliances rules, DNV Ship rules, SOLAS and LSA Code for Davits. • Executed single calculations of sheaves acc. to API 8; gangways and accommodation ladders acc. to ISO.• Issued MED Certificates for Davit systems.• Provided relevant technical information for Manufactures and Surveyors worldwide.

Noway, Stord – Surveyor – trainee. New built oil rigs - Transocean Barents and Transocean Spitsbergen for Statoil Hydro and Aker Drilling.• Tested drilling equipment (riser shoots, winches, trolleys, lifting lugs and deck equipment such as cranes, davits, and windlass).• Responsible for ‘Load line’ survey. • Provided HSE inspections including all safety plans on board, fire equipment, firefighting systems acc. to the relevant parts of MODU code, SOLAS, NMD and DNV rules.• Took part in a sea trial.Korea, Ulsan (HHI & HMD) - Surveyor - trainee. New built ships (welding, NDT and hull structure).• Provided hull inspections for new built chemical tankers, containers, LNG; checked compatibility of structure with IACS requirements and DNV rules. • Controlled weld’s quality and NDT examination.• Survey of manufactures: steel mill POSCO/ piping/ boiler/ rudder. • Took part in a sea trial for chemical tanker.Russia, Severodvinsk - Surveyor - trainee.
