I'm working at the client's site directly.As a Technical Writer for PT Pertamina Retail's ongoing projects, I'm responsible in:1. Develop User-Friendly Manuals and Guides needed for ongoing projects related to ICT Solutions that involve mainly digital product development surrounding the retail industry of oil and gas.2. Maintain and Update Documentation if needed to implement recent changes and updates involving product development and business processes.3. Coordinate and Collaborate with subject matter experts such as system analysts and project managers involved in ongoing projects to meet requirements needed in preparing related technical documentation.4. Create animated/motion graphic videos related to the product’s overview and user manual in accordance to end users’ requests for extra support in understanding the product’s usage.

Develop Comprehensive Technical Documentation needed for projects related to product development using Software Development Life Cycle with Scrum as the chosen methodology. The documents that are often needed and prepared are as follows; Business Requirement Specification (BRS), Software Requirement Specification (SRS), Technical Design Document (TDD), Functional Specification Design (FSD), System Integration Test (SIT) Scenarios, User Acceptance Test (UAT) Scenarios, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), and User Manual. The end users for each project are mainly BUMN companies with the need for digitalization.2. Collaborate with subject matter experts and members of a team currently working on ongoing projects such as project managers, software developers (front-end and back-end), database administrators, and system analysts to meet requirements needed for technical document preparation.3. Provide additional support in manual testing related to the development of a product on ongoing projects.4. Provide additional support in UI/UX designs related to the development of a product on ongoing projects.5. Create animated/motion graphic videos related to the product’s overview and user manual in accordance to end users’ requests for extra support in understanding the product’s usage.
