Environmental Public Affairs Project Manager
Current• Manage a team of 6 professionals who produce public affairs products for the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC) Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) Environmental Directorate and the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Program• Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop and execute communication strategies and plans that effectively educate and inform the public about environmental restoration and clean up efforts• Oversee the development and dissemination of a variety of communication products, including press releases, fact sheets, website content, social media posts, and multimedia products such as videos and graphics• Provide strategic counsel and guidance to senior leaders and subject matter experts on communication strategies and messaging related to environmental restoration and clean up efforts• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion• Utilize my passion for environmental restoration and clean up to drive engagement and motivate my team to produce high-quality products that effectively communicate the mission and goals of the Air Force.
