As Wells Functional Performance Manager I was leading the team of 30+ highly qualified drilling costand performance engineers and analysts and was responsible for accurate planning of demand andschedule, performance analysis and improvement across all aspects of AGT Wells Performance: NewWell Delivery, Wellwork, Production Wedge, Budget, IGM Process, Cost Tracking and Management,Supplier Performance, Materials Management. I was the first Azeri female in the regional WellLeadership. Worked in the team of Jim Cowie ﴾AGT GWO VP﴿ and Leigh‐Ann Russel ﴾GWOPerformance VP﴿.Key achievements were focused on:1. Established and maintain S&E tracker and reporting process which was recognized as best practice in the region and GWO globally.4. Led the development and maintenance of the Rig Strategy in the region from Wells side.

10 years in Tax and Customs Advisory for ACG and Shah Deniz Teams. Led Tax Compliance andReporting team for 2.5 years. Roles included provision of daily advisory, cross country taxstructuring minimizing tax cost and burden in the region, support and led tax state audits andnegotiated settlements, ensured compliance with tax reporting via submission of accurate tax returnsand reports. Major achievements focused on:1. Tax structuring and due diligence of the Shah Deniz Stage I, construction of Alpha Platform.Optimized Technip contract setup and came up with tax cost savings in the range of $10m‐$15m. Eliminated tax structure inefficiencies, performed invoice scrutiny, identified tax doubledeep charges.2.
