Manage workforce planning, hiring and recruiting for 27 shops within TMMC. Ensure balance of workforce through internal postings, transfers. Manage workforce withing budget limits, assist shop management with workforce authorizations. Manage variable workforce levels throughout organization. Presentations to Officers on status, forecasts and planning activities. Work one on one with shop managers to ensure balance of workforce on a weekly basis. Manage promotions for Team Leaders throughout TMMC. Monitor daily and weekly attendance conditions in each shop.

Support key team member input/feedback processes, help team members understand company policies and team member responsibilities. Support/encourage team members in problem solving activities. Promote team member involvement in company activities and team member career development. Gather/summarize information that reflects team member morale. Facilitate/mediate team member concerns and issues. Single point of contact for team member inquiries. Assess and identify opportunities to strengthen team member/group leader relationships, as well as teem member/human resources relationships. Support team members in concern resolution process. Work a rotating shift schedule. Organize company events such as Summer Picnic and Children's Christmas Party with over 4000 attendees. Adept at working independantly as well as in a team environment.

Managing 5-7 Team Members and processes. In charge of quality output, process kaizen, team member relations, kaizen circles, scheduling, repairs.
