In my role as a Laboratory Assistant at the Institute of Food Research and Product Development in Bangkok, I collaborated with a team to develop personalised nutrition plans for hospitalised patients. I also led cross-functional collaborations with external clients to execute plant extraction projects, conducting phytochemical analysis and delivering high-quality botanical extracts and analytical reports.
