My experiencesI provided the IT and overall consulting support to the Marketing System Development user group for GDS (Global Distribution System) and Amadeus PSS (Passenger Services System) service developments. The job was among service contract review, more information finding, discussion for and providing principle/concept, providing clear IT picture related to the services and overall related recommendations.I supported the Airport user group with Service Delivery Management or PM (Project Manager) role for the Airport service developments especially CUTE (for check-in counter), CUSS (for passenger self service), and SBD (self bagdrop). I set up development/delivery plan for each individual in-scope Airport and control the service development/delivery according to the plan.I handled the Wide Area Network (WAN), Messaging Service (TypeB), the Firewall System and End User Computing (EUC) service management responsible of service procurement, service contract, service delivery, service provision.
