After 23 years as a middle and high school teacher and administrator, I now dedicate myself toward promoting relational teaching and learning as an essential element of the optimal classroom.In 2018, I published "Time to Teach: Time to Reach - Expert Teachers Give Voice to the Power of Relational Teaching" (Relational Schools Foundation) and its corresponding workbook.In 2019, I launched Reach Academics, LLC, which serves schools in the UK and US. Reach Academics runs retreats, PD workshops, and salons all focused on the power of relationships in schools, helping all members of a school community focus on their relational core.
