-Managed outreach, marketing, and materials development for STARTALK, a federal grant program that awards funds for language education programs nation-wide.-Oversaw the annual development, publication and distribution of program management documentation, training materials, and online resources for use by more than 150 grant recipients.-Designed and executed outreach strategy to promote the STARTALK program nationally, and represented STARTALK at national conventions and expos, including the National School Board Association, American Library Association, and American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages conventions.

-Managed all aspects of two concurrent multi-million dollar projects developing language proficiency tests, successfully delivering over 4,000 test items in 7 languages over a 12-month period of performance.-Trained and supervised on-site and virtual teams of 25 coordinators and subject matter experts-Served as the go-to person for our team, executive leaders, and project stakeholders for everything to do with multiple assessment products at the NFLC
