Contributed to call service campaigns for Elections Ontario and Toronto Transit Commission - Assisted 75+ customers per day in booking and managing travel arrangements for Wheel-Trans, the paratransit network of the Toronto Transit Commission, through a contract with LineOne.- Utilized Citrix Workspace/HASTUS On Demand to schedule and/or modify trips, manage vehicle availability, and process customer information.- Acted as the first person of contact for the concerns of Wheel-Trans' customer base, which predominately consists of elderly people and people with disabilities.

- Gave direct feedback to the 60+ students enrolled in URBS 333 - Urban Workshop, which focused on urban design project management through community research, site visits, professional/community consultation, budgeting, and community presentations; and URBS 260 - Analytical Methods in Urban Studies, which focused on Excel and data collection through the lens of Census data.
