Coordinated, planned, and supervised the execution of repairs that required a rare procedure never performed by any ships’ crew (at sea single loop cooldown). This allowed continued operation of the plant while performing repairs to the main steam system.Created, implemented, and managed a training schedule and exams, as well as observed and evaluated personnel performance during power plant drill simulation for over three hundred staff operators.Directed a division in the planning and execution of over 3000 annual man hours of preventative instrumentation and control maintenance items while concurrently meeting operational and training requirements. Led a division through extensive troubleshooting and repair of safety instrumentation, including microprocessor and solid-state based Reactor Coolant Pump Control circuitry, Reactor Plant Control Panel, and circuit breakers faults.
