I’m most happy in the liminal space between tool development, application, and education of CADD resources. I have experience with QM ligand conformational landscapes, modeling protein-ligand interactions with MD, and conducting Crystal Structure Predictions to design and understand ligand properties across the drug discovery and development pipeline. I have a fundamental understanding of each of these processes, which has enable me to build some of these workflows from scratch or further enhance the current tools. I enjoy communicating and collaborating with colleagues to raise the bar as to where computational chemistry can impact drug discovery.
