A Special Education Teacher with recent roles as Head Coach and Athletic Coordinator at Ellsworth Community College, as well as a current Mindset Coach at Wrestling Mindset, my mission has been to foster growth and resilience in young athletes. My approach integrates meticulous organization skills with a proficiency in data analysis to elevate athletic performance and educational outcomes.At the heart of my teaching and coaching philosophy lies a commitment to building meaningful relationships and instilling a growth mindset. I leverage these values to help students actualize their potential, guiding them to achieve their goals both in sport and in their academic pursuits.
