Position Highlights:- Through our program redevelopment effort, increased participation in our 4 primary sports leagues (baseball / softball, soccer, basketball and flag football) by 75% from 2014 to 2020, from 1600 participants to over 2800 participants.- Program named a 2018 National Project Play Champion by the Aspen Institute, recognizing organizations who have provided leadership and shown commitment to increasing access to high quality youth sports experiences. - Program work featured in 2018 by Changing the Game Project, a nationally renowned youth sports advocacy organization.
