As a leader in the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (“AMI”) space I have an extensive understanding of AMI, meter-to-cash, grid modernization, technology platforms and the future energy landscape pivotal to the advancement of AMI. Additionally, I have extensive experience in the Meter-to-Cash process, where I possess a detailed understanding of the multitude of departments and business processes that support not just billing and technology, but overall customer experience and support. I have experience implementing numerous large-scale, multi-jurisdictional projects, including replacing and consolidated six meter reading systems, across four billing systems, in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York and Rhode Island.

This has provided me the opportunity to lead and develop individuals both within and outside the AMI organization as well as manage several external consultants and contractors. - IT lead from the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Business PMO- Led the development the AMI technical requirements, solution design and strategic vision in concert with IT. - Led and developed individuals within and outside the AMI program and managed several external consultants and contractors.- Designed the benefit-cost analysis model for an $1B AMI filing in NY and a $350 M AMF filing in RI, while managing resources cross-functionally within numerous business units, IT and regulatory entities.- Authored a significant portion of the AMI business cases and appendix, serving as program manager and technical lead.- Testified in front NY and RI staff and parties as an AMI witness and led the technical aspects of the power sector transformation collaborative.- Led the AMI procurement search for an AMI vendor, including the development of the commercial and technical criteria, total cost of ownership analysis, and negotiations used for vendor down selection.

In this role I created multiple Benefit-Cost Analysis models supporting individual and multiple jurisdiction deployments and contributed to AMI initial filings, technical workshops and rebuttal testimony.
