I am delighted to share my story of career progression from my time at The Bay Club. Initially starting out in an entry-level role, I quickly demonstrated my aptitude for sales and customer service, which allowed me to move up the ranks and eventually land a sales position. As a Membership Director, I excelled at building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that exceeded their expectations. My dedication and commitment to delivering outstanding service helped me to consistently close deals!I realized that sales could be a great future for me since I did not just see it as a numbers game, but a problem solving game. I was the person that was supposed to come up with an outstanding solution for my clients so that they are satisfied for a long period of time and not just short-term to close a deal.As I continued to hone my sales skills, I began exploring other industries where I could apply my expertise. That's when I realized my passion for real estate and the potential it offered to grow my sales career even further. With my sales experience and a strong work ethic, I was able to secure a position as a real estate agent. In this role, I have been able to use my skills to help clients find their dream homes and achieve their goals. It has been an incredibly fulfilling journey, and I am grateful for the opportunities that have led me to where I am today.
