During my time with West Harbor I assisted the start up company in assuming operational ownership of the facility and stabilizing the workforce along with recruitment of new management and line staff. While operating in the capacity of Administrator I oversaw the emergency evacuation of 85 patients and 65 employees during the Carr Fire in July of 2018 in less than two hours. Three days after the full facility evacuation I worked with several government agencies to repopulate the facility with all 85 patients.

During my tenure as the facility administrator I worked with the clinical department to implement a quality assurance process to improve their clinical outcomes and reduce their poor outcomes in infection control, and patient safety. Additionally I worked with the local labor union to implement progressive discipline for the work force in order to stabilize the workforce and retain the top employees. After 6 months time we were able to reduce our overall overtime in half and increase our overall workforce reducing the need for temporary staffing and registry employees by 75%.

During my tenure at Golden Living I operated as an Administrator for facilities in both Stockton, and Redding Ca. During my time in Stockton I worked to lower employee turnover and operate the facility at an overall annual turnover rate less than 5% and a CMS five Star ranking of 3 stars. During my tenure in Redding I was tasked with overhauling an entire facilities clinical department and moving it from a 1 star facility with over 49 deficiencies in its first year to a 5 star facility with 3 annual deficiencies.
