Founded the first English language theater program in the former USSR in Almaty, Kazakhstan on the campus of KIMEP Institute and expanded to Atyrau, Kazakhstan.Key Tasks, Duties, Roles and Responsibilities:• Being “the face” of the organization in the community• Artistic selection for mainstage seasons• Advertise and coordinate auditions• Direct majority of mainstage productions• Develop and maintain performance budgets• Find and Coordinate volunteer support staff (Directors, Choreographers, Stage Managers, Tech Staff, Costume designers, Musical Directors, etc.)• Coordinate concessions for productions• Oversee all performances• Welcoming speech before performances• Organize and plan summer workshop programs for students• Develop policies for summer workshop programs• Teach summer workshops• Oversee relationships with parents• Create and lead leadership board• Market theater activities• Develop relationships with corporate sponsors• Make budget requests of the student affairs committee • Plan and lead international tour
