I am a highly skilled nuclear mechanical supervisor, talented at integrating new technology into existing maintenance practices and possessing extensive knowledge of complex troubleshooting of power plant systems and components. I enjoy training and motivating mechanical systems maintenance crews into high performing teams. I am a knowledgeable professional with expertise in electrical and instrumentation systems, as well as mechanical systems, and in preparing technical documents, procedures, and work packages. My time in the military taught me to be seek continuous improvement, for both myself and my organization. I maintain constant communication with both my crews and my managers and solicit feedback for continuous improvement. I also consistently work to improve my skills and the skills of those around me. I have a great deal of experience working in the military and commercial nuclear industries, which should indicate the level of attention I must pay to every detail and the mechanical capabilities I offer.
