I handle Accounts Receivable duties for two separate movie marketing companies. Duties include entering purchase order requests and invoices and sending them to clients, then follow up with those clients until payment is received. I deposit checks and post cash receipts in our accounting software, assist with yearly audits and help with the monthly close of each company. I also assist with payroll for both companies.

Watched over all operations in the building, as well as managed all activities in the vault and machine room, on the weekend. Weekday tasks included delivering/picking up packages (often handling highly sensitive material) for clients all over Los Angeles county and often took care of office-related/receptionist duties in-house.

I maintained the inventory for the catalog, performed customer service duties, managed the office staff, performed light book-keeping tasks and represented the company at conventions around the country. Using my experience in the art and theory of music performance and production, I helped expand the 'Vocal Instruction for Singers' section of the company's website. My duties also included updating the website by adding text and media to both flat and dynamic pages on a daily to weekly basis.

Acting as the liaison between the head producer and performing ensembles, I collected important information from them prior to the event, including their bios, publicity photos and tech riders. I also booked their flights and hotel rooms as needed. I worked closely with the event staff to meet all pre-production deadlines as well coordinated the set up of merchandise, including CDs and sheet music, from the Primarily A Cappella catalog, to be sold before and after the show.
