Uniformed liaison between Search and Rescue Satellite Aided Tracking (SARSAT) technical team and USCG, DOD and foreign search and rescue (SAR) forces. Championed outreach program adopted by 20 diverse groups & reaching 6.7 M people. Coordinated/ conducted operations and maintenance plans for the ships small boats. Primary supply officer, coordinated delivery of supplies to remote Alaskan islands with the Defense Logistics Agency. Maintained and managed property inventory of $51 million dollars in US government assets. Oversaw distribution and maintenance of a $13,000 petty cash fund for paying crew and vendors. Initiated, planned, executed and evaluated complex working SCUBA operations from the ship and shore.
