I spent my first year post graduation at Citibank and I had an amazing experience. Experiencing Corporate America through the lenses of a major financial institution was life altering. In my first year, I developed, from scratch, two front end webpages with the help of some offshore contractors. The skills I gained from these two projects alone pushed me to expert level in the software development process. Though hired as an engineer, I took advantage of all opportunities that came my way. For instance, at Citi I created onboarding documentation, onboarded new hires, gave 7 software engineer interviews, recruited software engineers at college career fairs, spoke on behalf of Citibank Digital Department at college open houses, and enjoyed the teachings from my dev managers. The time I spent at Citibank was used efficiently.

Led my own Office Hours and Lab sections for Computer Security. Taught students how to write encryptions, hack websites and hack networks. Graded exams, projects and homework using automated grading software.
